Absolutely amazing remake, I had high expectations and was blown away, if you're a fan of the series, or looking for a great Horror game with interesting puzzles and amazing story, maybe give it a try

Server issues seem to be all sorted, so far game play and story is good so far.
Hopefully the season will be fun even after story is finished.

Edit:

I finished the story, strong start, slowly started to get dire, then bam, game just ends, no conclusion, extremely lazy ending, set itself up for the release of another expansion at some point to continue the story.

Maybe I just expected more, at least for a £35 dlc?

Great fun, until you crash, lose your stuff, grind back all your stuff in the next game or two, then crash, lose your stuff, then repeat over and over again.

Literally 20-30% of all zombies matches the game just crashes and you lose everything.

If they every fix it, for zombies an 8/10, until then 2/10 avoid.

Still to finish this game, then 100% the achievements, but from what I've played so far, great game and would recommend if you have interest in a somewhat text based horror game, at night with a headset in the dark, some great spooks too!

Should you get Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Do you like Resident Evil 4? this is one of the best remakes I've played.
the gameplay is smooth, little to no bugs or issues playing the game.(I7 11700k RTX 3080 TI 32gb ram)
takes around 20 hours if you like exploring / having a good look around for your first playthrough but that's not doing all the achievements.
Great to replay with NG+ or even just New game with unlocked bonus weapons etc lots to discover and treasures to collect!
10/10 from me a solid purchase, would buy again.
I wouldn't waste money on the weapon tokens that are for sale though.

Art is good but the game was way too short.

Bought this expecting up to 2 hours of messing around having fun, instead I have so far racked up over 30 hours and destroyed my sleeping pattern.
Worth the money, give it a try, it's £2.

9.5/10 .. Would have been 10/10 if it wasn't for stuttering / crashes (will change to 10/10 if patched)

Would highly recommend the game if you enjoy the souls series games.
More clear story and side quests 100x easier to follow.

it had some stuttering, bugs, crashes and it did get me killed, quite a few times, but nonetheless I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

What was more annoying than the stuttering was slapping every wall that had a "hidden wall" message in front of it.
