If you're not in love with the idea of an indie Cyberpunk Disco Elysium maybe give this a pass. It's got bugs, but this was a solid narrative only held back by some incredibly janky pacing. All that said, it's got a cult classic indie arthouse vibe and it's picking at my brain.

Short, charming, and well written. I hope we get more.

RUINER being Steam Deck verified was the final push I needed to start up this 2017 cult-classic. RUINER's art style and vibes still stand out among many other Cyberpunk games.

Tempest 2000 was the first video game I ever played. Today I feel like I understand Tempest for the first time ever. Perfect video game.

At the time of writing I've only beaten the first chapter(5 levels) and this game is so, unbelievably bold. Not many devs would be able to make eye contact as they served up a remix of things they love so much. There's the undeniable presence of GITS in it's OST. The gameplay is a blend of F.E.A.R, Doom Eternal, and Ghostrunner with a twist of Half-Life 2.

A dynamic electronic album of violence.

Look, you know the drill. "Wow I've played this game so much, I hate it!"

Absolutely one of best sci-fi stories I've played.
