None of the raider factions have proper backstory or any real notable dialogue, the only new follower that you get is by far the worst of the bunch. Whichever ending you choose is very lackluster and doesn't give a solid ''ending send off'' to the game, nor does the dlc really deliver on all the hype it seems to promise. As far as the dlc gameplay goes its just 5 different themed shooting galleries (some are slightly better than others). With reskins of old enemies. And sending you on radiant guests and busywork ''collect-a-thons'', its not an essential dlc to play through (save that up for far harbor) but getting Nuka world on sale is solid, but totally not worth the full price.

its sad how an old classic gets ruined with lootboxes and skins, poor hitreg and servers.

if you que solo with 1k hours in the game, you may get put in a game where enemy team has 7k + hours and full premate. also the ranked system is purely based on how many wins you get in a row. this is my far the most popular game by valve. yet there is no emphasis being put on matchmaking or competitive matchmaking, or the ranked system. also returning back to the game. The map pool also needs a shuffle.
i think the game itself is great if you have a party to play it with, soloing is a nightmare.
