tl;dr - it's an old game. an old RPG. have low expectations and you might just enjoy the game!

Good story line. With a few nice cinematics between the acts.
Gunplay is underwhelming, combat in general does not feel very fluent or intuitive. Could be worse, though. Jumping is best to be avoided, fall damage is insane, also insane is the amount of stamina used for sprinting. You can sprint for 3 seconds before getting exhausted. And this while using a heavily augmented body. Yikes!
Game World majorly features two (2) "big" levels, the cities. They dont seem very big at first, bit due to the immersion this game's ambiance delivers, it doesn't really bother. A few other locations are available to visit once for certain parts of the story. Level design itself is satisfying i would say.
Skill system is okay. For completionists it might prove a little frustrating to miss out on certain things to find or rooms to explore.
Dialogues are nice enough. The characters' animations might feel a bit repetitive sometimes though.
