Funni game, needs optimization though

I liked this game, but banning mods for "theft" because some random fan spent time out of their day to modify THEIR OWN FILES FOR FREE is absolute bull.

I never spent a single dime on this game, and I don't plan on doing so in the future. Keep your suggestive skins to yourself, I just want to have He-Man as Hulk and Shrek as Thor. Not that hard to allow, but guess we live in a dystopia.

This game cured my autism

Broke the crypto market in about 30 minutes to an hour, then lost everything from a police raid.

Leaving below my previous review. There's currently an issue where if you play through Steam Link the game will freak out and have a chance of messing up your controller binds. I've had this issue for a few updates now, I'm keeping my review at negative until this issue is resolved properly instead of just saying "Stop using Steam Link lol."


Pros and Cons

Pros: Stable. Easily addictive. Keyboard and mouse input feels natural. Easy to kill time. Delivery jobs aren't too long. Easy to pick good-paying delivery jobs. Not resource intensive, maxed out at about 15-20% of my Ryzen 5 1600 and about 20-30% of my RTX 3060Ti on high graphics. Graphics look great. Fun game to stream and relax. Almost no lag or stutters while PC was under load with the game running.

Cons: Easily addictive. The default controller sensitivity is way too high. Cops fine you for anything (I am not kidding, I got fined twice for not using my blinkers even though I was staying in the same lane on a highway.) No matter if it's your fault or an NPC's, if you collide with an NPC you get fined. You can easily get stuck in the dumbest spots. Some trucks are impossible to turn, causing you to go off-road at the worst times. Engine audio can sometimes be ear-shattering loud. Nav system can't compensate for any closed roads and tends to put you in a loop unless you know your way around or just brute force your way through the closed road. There is a bug or issue of some sorts that causes the game to freak out if played through Steam Link and causes controller binds to unbind.

All in all, it's a good game. I will mention I bought this game during the Summer Sale that is going on as of writing this for $1.99, but that did not affect my opinions on how I felt about this game.

Originally played with a free month of EA's horrible subscription service, was actually playable. Bought it here while it was on sale, unplayable without a mod to lower CPU usage. One month later, game was completely unplayable, even after 3 re-installs and running on different drives. Every driver was up to date and PC was restarted 5 times, game still is unplayable.
