Jesus is the Son of God and if you believe in Him, confessing with your mouth and believing in your heart that He is the Son of God, you will be saved. Saved, inheriting eternal life instead of the judgement our sin brings us. One day there will be a New Heaven and a New Earth. Jesus who lived a perfect life, took our punishment on Himself (condemning Sin because He was perfect and didn't deserve punishment and overcoming Death by being raised again), and it is by faith in Him and what He did, that we are able to have relationship with God and be born again with a new heart and new mind. Still not perfect, but looking forward to the day the eternal replaces the temporal.
