Oh you mean the "é"? Well, as I recall the voice actress for her phone fling just had a regular American accent (I assume they don't localize for region - you get the same voices in Bangladesh, no?). One of the phone flings was explicitly French (Francine) but not Renée. The spelling probably just means she has snobbish American parents. 😄 But yes, she's super cute, and her backstory is the whole "childhood friend" thing, which I find irresistible! 😊

Actually if I remember correctly, she was near the bottom the very first time around (when Peanut won easily), so this is a nice improvement. I think the extra phone fling really boosted her stock. I gave her two; maybe I should've done more.

What's interesting is that in the rankings they show numbers for the top 3, making it look like they're going to do a top 3 again like they did for the second vote-a-thon (when Wendy, Ruri, and Generica all won). When they did that, they didn't tell us it was a top 3 until the voting was over, so there's a chance it could happen here. Which would mean she's actually pretty close. Alas, the rankings haven't shifted since my last post, so she probably won't make it. Bummer. 😒
