Really great game as long as you have a personal group of friends to play with. You couldn't pay me to play with toxic randos. The community has gone downhill and become overly demanding and selfish. A lot of whining for the sake of whining.

All in all, this is still my current favorite game as long as I'm never forced to join a game with strangers. I think the community itself will ruin the game a lot faster than the developers ever could (which they're not).

It's not a game you're meant to endlessly grind like a full time job. I'm often too busy to play for weeks at a time but it's never difficult to hop back in like I was never gone. Devs listen to reasonable feedback and updates never feel like they're completely overhauling gameplay. A quick skim of patch notes before hopping back on covers everything.

Objectives and gameplay can feel repetitive, but that's fine with me! I prefer repetitive gameplay that I can work to get better at, rather than getting frustrated by a bombardment of new content every week that I have to learn. If I feel like I'm getting bored, I play something else for a few days and come back. My usual group and I read patch notes together over the phone and race each other to finish warbonds. There's a lot of fun in it when you're not looking for something to complain about.
