Alright, the game's a love-hate relationship. You either love it or hate it. But once you start it, there's no coming back... And then you start to hate it more or love it more. You either become one with the game or you call out people in their comments after playing against them in the Crucible (PvP).

But one helps to get together: Raids, Strikes, Clans... Holy crap I've met some amazing people through this game and I don't regret it. Of course, you can go solo. But what's the point in that when a party with 6 people is the most fun you'll ever have, unless you're or someone else's an arse and wants to go speed (which sucks when you want to have fun)

Edit: Forgot to note something, this game is not as beginner friendly as it used to be. You just get put into the content straight away directly into a paywall.

TL;DR, play the game if you have the time.

P.S. DLC'S ARE EXPENSIVE AF BUNGIE PLEASE (buy them, they're worth your time except for shadowkeep, it sucks.)
