Changing the ToS after few months after release, forcing players that bought the game to use illegal means to create PSN account in countries where no PSN is available and ultimately, restricting the game sale from some of the counties that doesnt have a PSN coverage. Some. Not all! They still sell the game to some countries with no legal way to create a PSN, meaning, they set up pretty big part of the player base.

Good game to relax while slaying some enemies or to try-hard while tackling some challenges with modifiers

FPS bound money increasing upgrade mechanics. Send the psycho who thought that was a good idea, to the psych ward for a checkup.

Optimization is non-existent. on a 4080, FPS drops to 30-40. with some occasional 60 as a bait.

and some fun with the dlcs too.
Pay 120% of the original price (or more depending on the region) for a DLC that contains the content from the game that was promised originally. What a deal! /s

Settings just wont work.
mute everything to play some spotify? blasting random noise when summoning bosses and expanding.
Capping FPS? Sike! That's for show only!
Changing Resolution? Good luck.
The mint achievement is related to FPS an is virtually impossible to get without capping the Monitor refresh rate to force the game to cap the FPS... just, like, wtf!

restarting the servers without prior notice is a norm here? kind of frustrating

making a game F2P without major change in it's anti-cheat and overall strategy with confronting cheaters.
Obviously would go horrible wrong.
