10/10 love to be killed by sudden bandits chasing me down a waterfall

There is something special about this game.

It just works. There seems to be countless amounts of symptoms all with there own cause and effect which can or can not be cured with how you manage your hospital. There are a lot of more subtle features which can take a while to work out that can manipulate your play style which adds an extra challenge.

I am waiting for the next DLC packs to expand my hospital. I hope the Devs eventually include paediatrics and maternity as these are obvious missing parts for realism.

Overall, good job. I can't wait to see where this goes.

The best thing is you can do whatever you want, in whatever order. And everything still works out okay.

This game is brilliant. It'll take you on an emotional rollercoaster and make you really question morality.

I mean, if it'll stop you from starving to death, you'll kill someone for some food right?

It'll make you question right from wrong, and put things into a greater perspective.

Buy the DLC. 100% of profits go to charity, and that my friend is beautiful. Thank you Devs.

This game isn't easy. One of the most difficult and most challenging. You will fail several times, but when you pull through and surivive - espically with all of your original characters, the sense of achievement is great.

Thank you once more for a superb game, cannot wait for the next DLC.

- left game running and went to go and get a drink
- came back to find 5 prisioners rioting
- thought this action would be solved by my 150 guards
- one prisoner went crazy with a drill
- this one prisoner killed ~50 guards
- sat in shock
- all guards dead
- all 300 prisoners escape

would watch mass murder and mass escape in under 5 minutes again 10/10

don't even get me started on what happens to your prison with the gang leader update, very bad. lot's of death has occured.

Rather entertaining, very competative, great if you only want to play 10 minutes or so at a time or three hours at a time.

Brilliant! Bought today and I love the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes addition, it's something they should keep long after the movie release.
It's a witty, imaginitive game and I hope they add other additions like the Ape update!

The only surivial game i've played which actually doesn't want you to live. It's briliant and each game you play is unique and just as challenging!
