I have heard about this game a loong time ago. When it was on sale I just went for it, and it was addicting. I basically played it for 70 hours in 2 weeks of holidays, but after some time it sadly became boring. I think it is a great singeplayer experience and worth the money if you are into build up RPG games.
People often call it the 2D Minecraft, but it is more than that. It has way more depth than Minecraft and the 2D has a nice flair/touch. The fact that you can do so much at this game makes the game really challenging and you can learn a lot of secret stuff (sometimes the hard way).

Overall, from the scale of 0 to 100 I would give this game a
singleplayer experience of 82 (changed from 78) and a
multiplayer experience of 89 (changed from 86).

Seriously, this game is worth its price and if you grab your friends it is even more fun.
