This is my absolute, all-time favorite game. Hands down. I've loved Age of Empires since my childhood, and the fact that Microsoft continues to support this franchise to this day really resonates with me. Keep up the good work!

The game is great. Don't mess this up, Epic. Edit: FTP Release Day - READ! The new update overhauled many things: the item system, trade-ups, servers, and worst of all, the player-base. Epic Games now has a choke hold on Rocket League, and they show no signs of letting up. We used to be able to open up the game on Steam and get right into the game; no Epic accounts, no BS. Today, I linked my Epic account to Rocket League only because I'm already in their ecosystem. I'm required to use UE4 for school, and I wanted to take a look around before retiring the game. I won't change my recommendation because Steam will likely count it in the influx of negative reviews they receive today, but take note: Rocket League, the game by Psyonix, is great. I put over 300 hours into that game, and I'm on the lower end of that metric among my friends. Rocket League, the service provided by Epic Games, is on the fast-track to disaster. Many Steam users will no longer play this. My friends won't join their ecosystem out of principle, thus, I have no reason to continue playing. Epic won't see it as a loss due to the influx of users and money they bring in from going FTP, so we're just SOL unless they allow Steam users to continue using their service with a Steam account.
