Ok, so, as story games go this is a nice game, I have played many over the years and really do enjoy games of this style. It has a lovely narrative, it is nicely made, but ... its missing something. I completed it in less than two hours, and I still feel as though there could be so much more to the story than there was.
From the offset I did enjoy the story. I wanted to unravel the tales of the house, I wanted to know more about the family, but I feel like I have been a little let down on both parts. You never really get closure with this game. It just, ends. There is no big reveal, nothing special, no shock. Just the credits.

That said, graphically the game is lovely. It IS a well made game. But, it has potential to be so much more than it is.

If you are looking for something to pass a couple of hours, then I might suggesting picking this up, but only on sale, it is definitely not worth £14.99 full price thats for sure.

Even though I barely have any playtime in this (yet) I spent so much of my younger years in these games that I dont feel even remotely sorry for making a review already.
Oh the nostalgia!!!
The games are exactly how I remember them, so much fun, challanging at times, colourful, and full of charm.
It looks fantastic, runs effortlessly, and it just as much fun as it was back on the PS1.
I love it, I utterly love it. There is literally nothing more I can say.

Early Access Review
OK, the cut and dry here is that this an Early Access game. I appreciate that, and have spent many, many, hours playing Early Access over the years. But, this one is so early in the Early Access phase, that I just cant get into it.
There is obviously a lot in development, and it has much potential, but for now, its just a little too lacking for me.

That said, once some more development has been done, and once there is more content available, I will happily return to the game, and hopefully it will become a solid and challenging game.

For the moment though, save your money and come back later.

I did enjoy this game, for the most part, although I found the gameplay a little slow. I dont know what I was expecting, but, something about it just didnt light a spark for me.

Aesthetically, the game is very nice indeed. There is a lot to be said for it in that department. It runs well, the controls are fine, there are many recognisable characters from the movies within the dialogue, which is well written and in keeping with the franchise, and all in all, it was ok.
But thats about where it ends for me. Im just finding it very hard to be excited about it. Its ... ok?

Sadly, I have decided to refund Jurassic World. Not because its a bad game, at all, but just because I didnt find myself that eager to play it.
I have friends who are deeply engrossed in it, and Im sure to the right person, it will be a good investment, but personally, there are other games I would rather spend my money on.

I will recommend the game, as there are many good things about it, and I can see it is a fantastic game to the right person.

It says something if I have put more effort into the houses in this game in the past three days than I have put into my actual house in the past year.

House Flipper is, by all accounts, a very enjoyable game. I find it oddly relaxing, and rather addictive. I began only working on the email assignment you receive to do odd jobs for people, before moving on to the "flipping" side of the game.
I do find it a little frustrating trying to work out the specifics each customer wants, as it does seem to be the same couple who end up the highest bidders, but thats neither here nor there really.
The gameplay is nice and smooth, personally I have had no graphical issues at all. The loading screens can be a little slow, but I have experienced much worse. The keys are simple to pick up, and the menus and store are easy enough to navigate through, with a search option available. I have seen some complaints regarding the demolition feature, however I believe this was patched prior to my purchase, and I havent had any issues with it personally.

I do think its fair to say that this would have been better as an Early Access release, rather than a complete game, as, in my opinion, its not quite finished.
There could be much more variety of items available for purchase, showers there are only one at present. The ability to choose where you place things like plumbing and installations would be a vast improvement. I also think adding the ability to landscape the exterior of the properties would be a fantastic addition. Being able to clip things like kitchen units to walls or corners , as I have had a few issues with lining things up exactly level, would appeal to the perfectionists among us too!

All in all, I really am enjoying House Flipper, and have recommended it to friends. However, it would be nice to see more content added to make it a fuller experience.

Early Access Review
As Early Access games go, this is a good one. The gameplay is simple enough, fight your way through a series of battles, mystery rounds, and vendors, whilst building a deck strong enough to keep you alive. There are a choice of three characters, each with a different style of card builds, relics and playstyle. Nothing overly complex and very easy to pick up, but still a challenge.

I bought this game for £8, and given the fact I now have over 300 hours, I think it was well worth every penny. The devs release a patch every week, on a Friday, without fail, and always with new content. It is one of the best dev teams I have seen on steam. It also includes controller support, which I am yet to try.

The daily mode is a nice feature. It gives you something a little different to do, and a chance to see some of the higher end builds, cards and relics, giving new ideas for normal gameplay.

Pro points

Easy to learn
Challanging, but not overly complicated
Ever changing
Daily mode

Cons

Yet to come across a single one

This game has stacks of potential, and I am very interested to see where they take it. They have the makings of an amazing game here, and it is already one with a lot of replay value. Heres hoping they keep it up and the content to come is just as good as what as already come.

One of the best games currently on steam.

I have just completed all 5 chapters of this game, and I felt I had to write this review immediately.
I had always had the intention of playing through this, but had put it off for a long time, mainly concerned that with all the hype surrounding it, I would end up disappionted when I did eventually give it a shot. I could not have been more wrong.

This is one of the most compelling, beautiful, thought-provoking, and magnificent games I have ever had the joy to sit through. Within the first 15 minutes of gameplay I could feel myself being drawn into the story and the characters. Everything about this story is so well written, and you find yourself really thinking about the choices you make, and the consequences for the characters. There were so many times I thought I had everything figured out, and then the story takes yet another turn, leaving me sat wide eyed and jaw dropped. I have shed tears, I have smiled, I have gone through almost every emotion whilst following the stories twists and turns.

The soundtrack fits perfectly, and, in all honesty, I could happily sit with the game paused and the music just playing in the background.

You dont just play Life is Strange. You experience it. You live it out with the characters through every event and every moment.

If you havent played this game yet, do so. This story will stay with you for a long time afterwards. It is a masterpiece.

I'm not usually one for games like this, I normally turn away from anything remotely "military", but I found myself falling in love with this game. I bought it on a whim following a friends purchase, and I have not regretted a single one of my 40+ hours so far.
The levels are expansive, with various nooks and crannies to hide yourself in. The AI seems to respond well, the gameplay is very smooth and I was genuinely gutted once I had completed the main campaign - so much so that I immediately bought the Season Pass. (Lets face it - who wouldnt want to shoot Hitler in the balls or crush him with a Sub?) The level challenges are a lot of fun to try and get, as most involve avoiding the "standard" way of completing the missions. Which for a newcomer like me, is a lot of fun!

Really amazing game, easy 10/10 from me.

First off I have to say what a joy this game was to play. The story is beautifully written, the gameplay is smooth and it looks stunning. It is exactly what I was hoping for when I bought it.
I have now completed the story, minus a few minor things for acehievements, and, as a fairly confident touch typist, I have found that this has challenged me, especially with words like "Pneumonoltramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" popping up to fry my keyboard!
I have now found a small addiction in Arena Mode. Which is a great idea to touch up on your typing skills every so often.

This game is a true credit to Fishing Cactus. Excellent and worth every penny.

Its a shame you can only give one review per game, as this really does need two.
Firstly - Single player. There is not much to say about it that hasnt already been said. It is one of the best I have ever played. I am not new to the GTA franchise, and have always held San Andreas on a ridiculously high pedastal, but I would say that this game has exceeded everything San Andreas held for me. The story is immersive, the characters are unique, insane and well built. There is plenty to do and more than enough to keep you coming back way after the final heist is complete. It is one of the best games of all time and every gamer should have this in their library (I somehow own it over 2 consoles plus PC).

However - I also have to include a review of online play in here too. Which is where I become torn. I have spent many hours online, doing various heists with friends, completed CM, grinding CEO, MC, bunkers, hangers ... grinding - endlessly.
The problem is that everything in the game is now so expensive that its becoming obvious Rockstar are trying to push people into buying Shark Cards to be able to afford everything the game has to offer without spending days/weeks/months killing your soul with grinds - or cheat.
Leading me on to issue number two with online play - other people. Hackers, cheaters, trolls, idiots. EVERYWHERE. And with the introduction of the new prep missions for the new heists, involving running around in free mode fully visable to all of the above, you have to luck out and find yourself in a session with some reasonable and quiet people - if not, some idiot with a tank/hydra/other form of destruction, will float in and mess up your day - or cost you all the supplies youve spent hours grinding (did i mention grinding?). Oh, or hit you with the unavoidable death ray from his/her facility.
I love playing the heists with my friends, I enjoy the odd supply run to kill time, and dont get me wrong online play is ok. But .... *sigh*

I want to both thumbs up and down this game. For different reason. However, in the end I do think there is enjoyment to online, if youre lucky. But the overall near perfection of the single player mode means I cant not recommend GTA V.
