I'd say Arrowhead have redeemed themselves after all the blunders.

I really want to like this game, I REALLY do, but it's so hard to justify recommending it when it has so many glaring issues.

The Good:
- Combat is fantastic and feels great.
- The soundtrack for the game is great, Jesper Kyd did an awesome job.
- The level design is extremely well done.

The Major Bad:
- Performance issues, constant crashes make it very hard to enjoy playing the game. I do not understand how performance got so much worse after the "open beta".
- Predatory cash shop with timed skins and the inability to purchase the exact amount of premium currency you need to buy something.
- Misleading advertisements such as 70+ weapons on launch, some Imperial Edition skins not as advertised, no crafting on launch.

The Minor Bad/Nitpicks:
- You're constantly at the mercy of RNG when it comes to gear progression. Haven't seen a single Force Sword/Heavy Eviscerator in 10+ levels? Here's another Axe!
- No ability to pick any mission you'd like to play, you just have to pray to the Emperor for RNG!
- Enemies constantly spawning behind you, regardless of how close you are to spawn doors. What's that? You're fighting a horde and there happens to be a spawn door right behind you? Better pray that the director doesn't spawn another on your ass.
- Certain special enemies have a tendency to run away into these aforementioned spawn doors and just teleport to another part of the map. Or just wait until the door closes and start firing back at you with no ability to retaliate.
- No shared resources between your characters. You have to grind them all up individually. This wasn't an issue in V2, what happened?
- Always online, no solo mode.

I know Fatshark have a certain reputation when it comes to their games and that they tend to stick by them and patch them up over time but the launch state of the game is just completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend buying it in its current (early access) state.
