Played all the Doom games the years they came out. With the bitter taste Rage left in my mouth, I was skeptical of this year's Doom and id software as a whole. However, Doom 2016 is a very refreshing experience with the right balance of keeping it safe for a Doom game and new mechanics to give it fresh feel. 5/5 game.
