I really like this game and the interesting mixes of songs you can put together with the effects. I've found myself jammin' to some of the accidental mixes I've put together. I do have a couple of complaints, however. No scratching effects?! No instructions on how to manually calibrate video and audio? Fumbling around to find the right song, genre or instrument an audience member is demanding to hear within a determined time frame or you get booed and "punished"? A better methos of organizing your crate on screen would be nice. I don't know about you, but if it were me, i'd have my crates arranged by genre and in alphabetical order. ....and these "requirements" get more ridiculous the further you get into the campaign.
Great start. Looking for more music and more features. I will continue to play.....mostly Freestyle.

This game just was not for me. Shattered Skies is very derivative and uninspired, I was unimpressed and bored within 15 minutes. I'm sure an encounter with a few blood thirsty players would have spiced things up, but lets face it, there are more interesting murder sims out there. If you're looking for something other than a generic, half assed attempt at a "survival" (murder simulator) game, this might be your jam.

A game that is strictly about loot is a failure waiting to happen. Loot is a good motivator, but not if it is the ONLY motivator in a game. I like how the game looks, how the weapons operate and the cosmetics, but I have absolutely no drive to even go back to this game. I only pop in once in a while because I paid $60 and I am trying to find a reason NOT to feel like I may have wasted my money. There are a few other $60 games I should have spent my money on instead.

Don't get me wrong; the game is fun for the first few hours, but then it gets to be a less than interesting grind-fest with little to no meaningful pay off. It seems like the strategy for game development these days isn't for the long term. The idea is to make a game seem JUST good enough to get a ton of people to spend money up front but there is no real strategy or game design to keep people coming back long term or to gain new players past the first couple months after release. I understand that the goal of any company is to make money, but if that is the top priority, that is what the product will reflect and ultimately fail. Any product designed with the benefit of the end user as priority will ultimately do much better in the long term than a flash in the pan product that turns out to be sub-par. Games are no different.

Great game. If you liked the recent Batman Arkham Asylum series games, you'll like this even better. The Nemesis system is difficult to describe, but it adds a dynamic layer to the game that is rare in games of this type. I highly recommend it.
