And, it wasn't spin bot. MW2 only has aimbot, wall hack, fly, DDOS, aimlock, noclip, godmode, etc.
But, spin botting doesn't belong there. It doesn't exist, although you're correct with how did it look like.

Unfortunately, this user plays MW2 via the ♥♥♥♥.exe, so he's not gonna get banned for that, as you can use it outside of the Steam.
The program itself is censored, as it's a pirate version of MW2.
