1-علي النار في حله نضع السكر واللبن والزبدة ونستمر في التحريك إلي أن يغلوا

2-ثم نضع السميد مع البيكنج بودر ونقلب ثم نضع خليط اللبن والسكر والزبدة ونقلب

3-ثم ندهن صينيه بالسمنه ونضع فيها الخليط ونزينه ثم يدخل الفرن على درجه حراره ١٨٠ لمدة ٢٠ دقيقه
