Dude, this game is awesome. I will definitely play through a second time. That one teleport is mindblowing and the end reminded me of something out of Dark Souls. I hope they make a sequel or a full game out of this.

I really enjoyed this game and physically jumped and recoiled in terror a few times. It's actually more disturbing than I was anticipating too so maybe keep it away from younger children. There was one point when I lost my flashlight and wandered around the house for an hour with the stupid lighter out instead only to realize there was a replacement flashlight in a room I had already checked (no wonder I kept finding all those batteries). Be sure to look around for it so you can actually see. I do have to admit though that $40 seems a little high for something that only lasted me around 2.5 hours. I'd wait for a good sale to pick this up.

Awesome VR experience with a ton of content. Most games I've purchased or tested are fairly short (except for replayable stuff like Pavlov) but this will definitely last me awhile. It DOES feel like an early release compared to what I'd expect from a polished Bethesda product (no mod support, scopes don't work, bugs, barely any options, etc), but that doesn't come close to making this game not worth picking up. It's made me super pumped for Skyrim and future AAA products which are built natively for VR. For the time being, with VR still in its infancy, this is an amazing VR game. Just be sure to change that DSR setting in Nvidia and put "taa off" in the console ~ to improve visibility. Oh and you might need a pretty powerful computer to run this.

This was surprisingly addictive and the movement felt really natural. The only drawback is that I punched my monitor 3 times trying to grab ledges...definitely worth picking up though.

Clever, fun, and short. I felt a real sense of urgency and tension. Definitely worth a playthrough.

Excellent reinvention of the Quake series. I was skeptical at first, but after watching the pro matches at DreamHack Denver I was captivated. People claim there are netcode issues, bugs, it's unoptimized, etc. but I have had a smooth experience overall. Every once in awhile I do get lag or stuttering, but it's 1% or less of the time. The game feels pretty polished and since I installed there has been very regular updates from the devs. There are loot boxes for aesthetic items which is fine, it feels similar to Overwatch. The only thing I don't like is the quad which kind of ruins an otherwise fun, competitive match. More a personal preference than anything, but I'm hoping once they add a server browser I can join servers with that turned off. I'm also hoping people host "infinite" matches where you can just join and frag to your hearts content without a timer or max kill count. Would be nice for warming up and training your aim and movement. Overall I would recommend.

Awesome game to test out your new Vive with. The Portal scene was amazing, the archery is fun and replayable, the core launching game is hilarious, and the others are interesting. Definitely worth playing through.

Just got a Vive last weekend and picked up Pavlov. Really enjoying it so far and very replayable. Takes a little getting used to, but becomes even more fun once you get the movement and reloading down. Excited to see where this game goes. Not many people playing it overall, but so far I have always been able to find a lobby with at least a few people online. You can also play with bots or a private friends-only server which is a good way to get started. Definitely recommend, especially since it's fairly inexpensive.
