My 2nd OVERDUE review of the game.

Now the game revolves around clementine who's turned 11. You would control her to do all the choosing and how the story would goes.

Comparing this to the first game where we used Lee to sort of protect her and what needed to be done to keep her alive is much more.. unemotional to me. Why? Because you are playing her.. You're not making the difficult decisions as an adult, you're what's best for her AKA yourself. It's all straight forward decisions so you can go super rude/selfish and so what? If you played Lee you know she is fragile and what you do, Clementine would see it and use it as a role model.

Besides that, the decision making in this game considering she is 11 years old(eventhough its a post apocalyptic world) are not that logic? I'll explain it in detail below the line.

Overall I would say (7.5 + 1)/10

Still recommends it even though you can sort of see *****spoiler***** it doesn't really matters what decision you made in the middle of the game it would just goes back to the original story. Like saving one guy and the next episode he wouldn't really have much impact of the story later on. Telltale.. I know it's difficult but you have to make it bigger and more significant.

+1 for an ending I didn't choose but it's wayyy more emotional than the one that I chose.

I'm a logic person that has some give and take. Here's my thoughts.


The game ask you as the clementine to do alot of things. I wouldnt trust a 11 year old kid to turn off a wind turbine. Although you can argue with me that the other is "covering" her while she is figuring it out. It just not make sense to me that you would let a few years worth of education kid to figure out things.

Also I definitely don't trust her to be on the driver seat of the car. I would rather gave her the baby to hold on to (even with the bullet wound) than having her to drive the car in case of any emergency. It could be worst. All of them could die (although the game wont do that of course).

I'm fine with sneaky stuff though. It's just her speciallity. No one else could do it better than her. Or handling a gun(it's a zombie apocalype for god sake). So i'm good on those.

Yes she's grown up and has to be independent but if I'm there I wont let her do that stuff. I would rather teach her bit by bit. Not resting on what might possibly be life and death situation.

In the end. Whenever I heard Lee, I would have a flashback of what happened ( just like what you would get if you are falling.. your life flashes before you kind of thing ). I have never ever played a game that I'm so emotionally attached to and feel sad whenever I heard Lee. It's like you really are missing someone in your life. They have really
done it good.

Some of the choices got me good. I had to rethink the choices that I made, whether it was for the better or not. And some choices even affects me a few days in my real life. I kept thinking did I made the right choice and tried to convince myself that I'm right to make that choice.

LONG OVERDUE REVIEW.

This is a game that recieves game of the year for 2012 and heck it deserves it. I have a confession to make. In 2012, I did played this game using pirated copy.
And yes I enjoyed every moment I played that game. On 2015, I decided to play it again and support the company by buying the game through steam on a full price. It is still
100% worth it. I would never regret spending that money. Besides that, the choices you made here would affect the outcome of season 2 of the walking dead.
The game revolves around Lee Everett who takes care of Clementine a 9 year old girl who her parents left her with a babysitter to go on a vacation.
The game was very well written and the urge to keep the girl safe is there. Playing Lee, I tried to make the decision that personally I would do that in the real world.
As if that would happened to me. You can choose sides on the drama happening in the game. Or you could just play for what's best for Clementine. These are all your choices.
The voice actor was phenomenal. Without them you couldn't feel that character developing and becoming who they are. So props to them. Some might say that the game it is too short.
But to me it is fine. As I said, I enjoyed every moment of it.

For the first time I played it. Yes I must admit I cried. And on the second time playing it. Yes I cried too. It is just the build up towards the final episode really got into
me. I'm a guy and don't cried alot but the fact that I couldn't PROTECT her anymore makes me really sad.




10/10 HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

The game was well made and I think I have not waste any penny here. Very worth it and easily one of the most unique game out there

For those who are thinking is the game good enough to play? Is there any different with the previous counter strike games? The answer is yes and no for both of the questions. The game does have that old feeling and a touch of something new. It's good for people who wants the old mechanic of the game but up to date graphics etc. Sure there are some flaws like hackers are getting out of hand, bugs etc. But they ( the devs ) did their best to reduce these amounts of imperfections. I personally wish that this game could be more of Dota in some way. For example a dedicated website just for store. So that i wouldn't have to open up the game every time i want to buy something. The market inside csgo are increasing rapidly and lots of people are willing to buy for in game items (cosmetics). So it essential that the devs have to take these into accounts.
Plus they counter the hackers by giving some of the players the overwatch ability. So that they can review the evident and determine whether he is hacking or not.


PROS:
-new beautiful graphics
-old mechanics
-improvements of the old mechanics ( such as there is no more wall banging )
-competitive play and ranks ( makes you want to be the best )
-beautiful gun skins
-technical gameplay ( its hard to win without teamwork and skills )


CONS:
- cannot watch other games while in queue for a competitive match
- no dedicated store
- overwatch is random. i dont know how they pick.
- watching games that are far away from you can be a problem ( high ping )
