After playing Scorn I was on the lookout for more "horror art walking sims" and this absolutely hits the spot. It's a bit short but it doesn't need to be longer. It's more interesting than most games out there.
The only issues I had were that some textures on large objects were very low detail. Kinda brought me out of the experience for a short while. But that was really the only issue, it ran well at 5120x1440 on a 4070 super and on Linux at that.
Highly recommended.

The original Subnautica was a 9/10 for me, Below Zero is a 6,5/10. Well worth it's price and rather polished experience in 1.0 but there are some things I find lacking. Some areas where the developers clearly put a lot of effort are just used for a single thing and it seems like a bit of a waste. The end-game areas are very bland compared to the first game, without that sense of awe you got in the first game. I get the feeling that the ideas were solid but in the end they just wanted to get the product out the door.

I still recommend the game - it has a lot of great moments, good mechanics and lovely sights.

Looks great (for a remastered PS1/N64-era game) and plays well. You probably need to have some nostalgia for the game to enjoy it though..

This game is extremely jank at the moment but it's the good ol' Postal 2 formula that we all know and love. Glad I bought it to support RWS!

I heard about the game just a week ago and decided to buy it. Fantastic atmosphere, much to see and explore, well worth the money and time!

The combat feels sloppy and isn't satisfying at all, the characters are dull and the whole game just feels "meh..".

I'd rather play Mad Max than this.

Great game with satisfying combat, interesting characters and a sense of accomplishment when you advance. The story is a bit on the weak side but it doesn't really matter for the game as a whole.

You probably shouldn't buy this yet unless you want to throw money at the developers. The game is not just "sort of unfinished and buggy" - it's actually more of a concept than a playable game right now. I still like it because it lets you see what is coming but don't buy it expecting to do a full playthrough with a dynasty right now.
