Early Access Review
I like the improvements of ME2, better than ME1.

One of few games that make use of my obscure music library not found anywhere else online.

Tried this game during Free Weekend. This game is great co-op survival games, it really makes the Co-Op an integral part of this game. Avoid buying this game if you don't have at least two friends to play with, since the price is kinda expensive too.

No Micro-transactions. Those secondary objectives throughout the game are only for achievements and cosmetics

This game is full with bugs, you will feel this game should not be released to the public yet. Some of the bugs are major enough we can't continue the main objective. The developer should focus on fixing these game-breaking bugs first before they release it.

This game is not for casual audience (They said 'extreme co-op' not without reason). This game is really, really difficult, even playing with 3 players and a bot is just not enough. Also, expect around 3 hours or more for most of the later maps with very few checkpoints. Because of this, don't expect a refund once you complete one map.

Too many bugs to count (Friend party issue, connection issue, blank inventory and stash, etc.)
Even Hunt: Showdown (best PvPvE "BR-like" game) has less bugs than this.
I can feel the strong P2W system based on the current loot system.

The only Battle Royale game I keep coming back to. Sound design, environment, and gunplay are top notch. The server has some issues, but overall it's really worth of purchase

This is what I expect from Half-Life: Source, but Valve just went lazy.
Followed this game since it was a Source 2006 SDK mod and it was a long journey, but they managed to fully finish it, and I am glad they did. Kudos to Crowbar Collective team!

One of reasons why I keep playing this game is this game's controller support is top notch.
Dualshock 4 support with full button prompt? Check.
Vibration support? Check.
Lightbar support (with color changing based on player stats)? Absolute check (Almost no PC game has done this).
Different UI behavior when using controller? Check.

The game itself is alright. There are modes for both casual and hardcore players. Maybe it's a bit too much for new players to digest without any sort of guides (the current one is a bit lacking).
Also I like the cross-platform savegame system. If only this game has cross-platform co-op system this will be perfect.

What I don't like is the removal of Red War campaign. The new one is quite boring.
Give us option on the start to play which campaign after character creation.

Solid 9.1/10

Pros
  • Same content as phone's port
  • Save anytime
  • Controller support (with DS4 prompts with slight modification)
  • Great high quality sprites and musics
Cons
  • Bad font selection (ew, serif)
  • No dual screen mode like on phone
  • Can't separate dub/sub language
  • No chat history

Recommended when you have big screen and you don't have smartphones. Otherwise, stick to phone's port.

This game relies (heavily) on social features to make this game great.
Too bad the server does not support this feature (in the way of keeping the connection stable), which makes this game suffers a lot.

Constant disconnects, even on the middle of hunt (mostly right after firing SOS flare), which makes me have no option than hunting the monster solo, making me bored fast.
I agree for the game's name change to "Monster Hunter: SOLO".

And no PS4 button prompts also. This game is released on PS4, surely implementing a toggle to choose between button prompts is not that hard.

I kinda like the combat system, though. Makes me keep thinking about strategies for a while (because I am playing solo, of course I had to evade every single time!)

For this current state, I cannot recommend this game.

Pros :
- Street View (most countries covered by it, not all though.)
- Time manipulation (by dragging the sky)
- 3D objects are greatly accurate (You can use Street View if that is not enough)
- Floating "button guide" around your controller so you will not forget "this button does what"

Cons :
- 3D objects only available for certain countries (Standing at "flat" maps makes me confusing)
- Only Earth (Google Earth desktop app has other planets)
- No "Flight Simulation" app (Google Earth desktop app has this)
- No exit button
- Lack of tools (such as Distance measurement, Panoramio photos, coordinate position where I stand)

Neutral :
- No Google Account sync

6.1/10 if that country has no 3D objects, 8.8/10 if that country has 3D objects
This app will be awesome for you if you want to tour around the world, but if you want to travel around your home country where it doesn't have 3D objects, your best luck would be Street View in VR.

A major improvement over Killing Floor 1.
Now with less characters, more bosses, more futuristic theme (that makes trader changed to computer one, which I don't like both voice and appearance (really, if someone can make a mod which replaces ALL trader voices to KF1 one, I'll be impressed much more)), more secure server (VAC), different version of same engine, more perk decks, and even more GORE (more blood splatters, harder enemies, etc.)!
Steam Workshop even makes it better, with includes of Killing Floor 1 maps (I missed Mountain Pass so much) and other new maps.
I kinda disappointed with the microtransaction system on this game, but only minor.
What I really don't like is the lack of "IT'S RAINING MONEE!"-like voices.
But overall it's good.
