It's weird, it is certainly stalker but it lacks the features that previous iterations have had. Add on the technical issues and other bugs it makes it hard to recommend.

I would say that it would be fine on sale but at the moment it needs more time.

I wanted to like this game a lot and it has some neat features but between the UI/menu issues and somewhat limited gameplay options you'll experience most of what the game has to offer in 3 hours.

It is cheap though and if you like merchant games then you will most likely enjoy it, I just didn't click with this one unfortunately.

It's fine, not sure why so many people are mad about a decent remake. It does have some issues but you can't say it's worse than some of the stinker entries we've had.

If I could I would give this a mixed review.

Campaign was good but until they fix multiplayer servers I can't give it a full recommend.

Many people are getting disconnected mid match with nothing to show for it and it's infuriating when it happens to you.

Honestly I loved to play the game and beat it however some of the bugs and narrative beats were odd.

My biggest gripe is that they still have not fixed the issue with the game literally crashing your gpu causing a complete reboot of your PC. Not sure why this still exists but I cannot in good conscious recommend this game until this major crash/bug is fixed. It is not localised to my own pc, you can see this across different forums regarding this game as well.

Overall though if you do get lucky and don't have your gpu hard crashing causing a reboot I would highly recommend playing it atleast once.

A little too much micro management and headache with family members mechanics at the moment. Production works but no real way to replenish some resources such as wood or iron once they are cleared out completely.

Aside from that there's a lot of downtime doing nothing, and new runs are kinda the same due to how knowledge and production lines are setup which mostly ignore the starting modifiers that you can apply.

However some of the upcoming planned changes seem to address some of these issues and should make the game more enjoyable.

I do find the game fun but often find myself wishing there was one higher speed level so I could skip nights.

Solid lil game for a good 40 hour run
