When i get in to cs2 for first time in 16.05.2024 i saw that my prime has gone. i thought it was bug in game. i wrote to Steam Help. they said "Beginning May 10th, 2024, players who launch Counter-Strike 2 for the first time will not have Prime Status if they had previously received a complimentary Prime Status license through gameplay in CS:GO.

Please note, we cannot restore complimentary copies of Prime Status to accounts at Steam Support. Prime Status can be purchased in-game or through the Steam Store using this link."

COME ON BRO there is at least 2 cheaters in every Prime lobby you guys cant obstruct the cheaters and deleting inactive players prime bcs of they are not playing cs2 anymore?
CS2 really sucks anyway after all the updates. Cs lost a player. F U C K I N G B U L L S H I T
