Big update: The orange key from UnEpic was ultimately decided as "unfair" and removed from the map.

About UnEpic orange key (I got many requests about that): you have to kill one of the soldier NPCs at the beggining with landmines and they'll drop the key. Can't remember which one it was, I think the big one on the first screen.
