Impact cheaters have: 3/10
I enjoy the game and yes there are cheaters but like battlefield or battlebit their impact is minimal because of the style of gameplay(unless they rage but I haven't seen anyone do that). Typically I get to drop around 40 kills a match and it keeps me entertained even if they are cheating their asses off. The AC team also seems pretty dedicated but I guess they ban in waves(as no one I have reported has been banned yet). Operations is worse for cheaters than warfare(so I dont play it much), but they go so blatant I don't they'll last long. I have seen people live banned in Warfare tho, like 1 or 2 every 10 games or so.

All in all, it is worth playing but if you spend your time in a large scale battle game worrying about how you died and if they were cheating or not you won't enjoy yourself.
If you just wanna play, hold angles and try it is worth it. Also I recommend everyone sets their FOV to 120 as it does feel kinda slow and sluggish bellow that.
