I love this game to death. But apparently Valve doesn't. It's been overrun by bots and is currently unplayable without extraordinary amounts of patience. The community servers with proper moderation do not replace casual, and expecting them to is completely unreasonable. Fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. #FixTF2

EDIT DECEMBER 2024: This game is still peak. It has its flaws that have been brought to the surface through the reworks building up to 1.0 and its final vision but this has also come with several improvements such as polishing for the movement and more consistent mechanics. This has moved from being a game I really enjoy to one of my favorite games of all time, simply because its blend of movement shooter and roguelike mechanics isn't anything I've ever experienced before. The music also goes incredibly hard so big ups.

Fun

This game is...positively beautiful. It's fun, it has quite a bit to explore, and personally, it's one of my favorites. I have a crap computer, but it runs quite smoothly if I don't use the best of the best graphics. Speaking of the graphics, they are gorgeous. However, when going to areas such as the Mushroom Forest, I have had some issues with things taking a while to render, leading to crashes. The music is great as well. Its replay value may not be the best, but you can milk quite a bit out of one playthrough. Overall, I don't regret my purchase at all.
