Great addition to a great series, these Devs give and give just like before this game will continue to have free content added to it. As of most recent patch I saw a significant boost in fps and was able to turn my settings up past NVIDIA Experience recommended on a 3060ti with minimal fps drops. Fans already know this is just the beginning of the next few years of great hunting. Get out there and join the rest of us hunter!

I'm currently in the Endgame content and I'm still playing everyday. Myself and many others join low rank story quest SOS flares to help along the new players. There's never been a better time to Join the MH community.

**NOTE:** I did have to manually set DLSS to latest on Geforce Experience to get better fps but once I did the change was day and night and like I said only got better the last two patches.

The opening cutscene was a bit rough, I don't know if the DLSS fix would've fixed that or if the patches may have, everything after it was good before the DLSS fix with some frame drops that were not very frequent but noticeable enough for me to look for the fix I used. After the fix barely an issue. After the patches noticeable improvements are what prompted me to push the settings up. I'm not even overclocking this rig I could and I would probably be able to push settings even further. Currently most things are on High and most things on low or medium are shadows and mesh in that order. If I had more VRAM I doubt I'd have any issue with all settings on High. RTX is currently on Medium for personal preference, High makes skin tones too bright in good lighting, this could be due to the DLSS fix.

TLDR; after patches it looks great plays great with a simple fix that may require you to not play RTX on High for personal preference mileage may very

P.S. My friend plays it on a potato and is still loving it!

-The customization options are really fun but feel unfinished. The body armors don't show on the character except the
couple of special ones and you should at least have the ability to change the color of those as well as the other showing
gear slots.

-Expected to see more animations during dialog. If not more cutsenes.

-Wanted to see a final grade for cleared games with a ("fingers crossed" online) leaderboard preferably New Game+s separate from Fresh Starts along with fun rewards not affecting achievements, just as an incentive for replays.

Pros-

-This game is amazing and the cons don't affect it's appeal and sense of fun in the slightest, and that last con is supposed to show up in free dlc sometime.

-Can't wait for the 13 FREE DLC and some multiplayer, which hopefully will bring a Harmony of Despair feel to it this game.

-Controls are tight, and the mechanics are solid and can be swiftly understood. Veterans of the genre will be blasted by a relief of both nostalgia and gratitude as the best parts of the genre and controls of previous Igavainias have been kept while leaving behind most of the bad.

-The Music is amazing and I can't get it out of my head this is going to be a soundtrack you'll remember for years to come.

-I don't have to tell you this is one of the best looking games of it's genre, if not the best, if you have eyes. There's plenty of ways to screw up a 2.5d vania and this one didn't do any of them. It did leave me craving more.

Don't pass up this game just because some Low-mid range PC owners expected to get 60fps on a brand new AAA game and got salty

As far as the online, the game was so anticipated that Capcom had to spend two weeks setting up more servers and reworking how the network traffic works to fix connection issues. (90% fixed as of 8-28-18) quicker than many games that had similar issues.

Also be aware this game is CPU intensive your i3 or equivalent is going to bottleneck your performance in parts of the game.

I have this on Ps4 (200+ hours on Ps4) and PC and since my rig can handle it and gets comparable performance I now play MHW primarily on PC

Not Just another zombie game; this game plays like a twin stick Dark Alliance. However it feels like left 4 dead when you get in to the swing of things. This game needs more players and support so we can see a sequel or expansive DLC, the only thing this game is missing is MORE of everything it has to offer, but MORE cost $$$$ to make. Lets make this game the hit franchise it deserves to be.

Your music becomes a high-octane shooter with all the things we love about 2D shooters worked around the progression, rythem, tempo, and bass of your favorite tracks. This is WUB!
