Obviously have not made a ton of headway into the game yet, but if you're reading this I implore you to certainly buy the game (it seems like a really good remake thus far) - but, after you have done so, but BEFORE STARTING RELOAD, either play or watch the first bit of a playthrough of Persona 3 FES for the PlayStation 2 (through the in-game date of April 10th).

For whatever reason, they decided to replace some of the most important early-game animated cutscenes with in-engine renders in this new version, and it REALLY hurts the overall impact of the early story moments. By the time you've seen through April 10th, you're good to swap over to Reload to keep playing for the improvements that have been made (although this being said FES is also fantastic and is still a valid option that Reload cannot yet fully replace).

Also rip shuffle time you will be missed o7

Most fun I've ever had in a video game without spending a dime. HIGHLY recommend everyone try it out - I normally don't play games like this but it's just so much fun. Devs are great too, you know they have integrity and won't nickel-and-dime their players when they literally turned off the shop a month ahead of the end of the Beta so nobody unknowningly spent money before the servers went down. 11/10

Great social deduction game. Having the game based entirely around conversions seems like a bad idea, as conversion roles in Mafia games tend to ruin game balance, but the dev team have managed to pull it off through sheer effort and dedication to their community. The devs are open to new suggestions and can act on them surprisingly quickly - back in early Alpha I suggested that they raise their playercount from 15 to 16 to help balance the game, and the devs basically said, "You know what, why not!" and did it that very week. It's things like this that let me know that Throne of Lies will be an immensely enjoyable ride through every update, and I wish that more devs could be as open as those at i42.

This is an amazing game that everyone that likes 2D adventuring games should get. It's insanely fun to try and figure out what all of the character traits do, and it's never boring, even when you die and restart. The small details of this game are hilarious as well, so pay attention (*cough* loadingscreen *cough*)! It will constantly suprise you and is a must-buy for anyone looking to have a lighthearted, zany, yet fun game to play.
