The best action flick simulator on Steam.

Visually speaking it looks like a L.A. Noire set in modern Honk Kong, while it plays as the likes of Saints Row and GTA, your standard sandbox action adventure games, with focus in melee combat instead of gunplay. Plenty of things to do besides the fun and well narrated main story, such as car races and cop missions.

Obviously funny with a surprisingly deep and well-done story. Had a blast playing through all the characters endings, facing the plot twists and seeing the mysteries getting solved in the true ending. Recommended to everyone open-minded enough, into or not into visual novels.

Arkham Asylum is the only Batman Arkham game so far where you really feel immersed in a major Batman comics story.

Arkham City was the first Batman Arkham game I've played and it's probably going to be the one responsible for my most cherished memories of the series, but so far Asylum has really surprised me as the best Batman experience in a video game ever, even better than City in this regard. Here you meet major foes such as Joker, Harley Quinn and Scarecrow, all with great characterization and dialogues, in a tense and yet damn fun plot in the huge Arkham Island, with a mix of sweet combat and stealth gameplays.

If you're a Batman fan looking for a Batman game, start by this one and you won't regret it one bit.

Truly unique indie gem that deserves whatever price it costs for you who're reading this. I probably ain't able to explain the gameplay the way it should be explained, but seriously, give it a chance anyway. It's damn addicting!

The plot and characters are so compelling that they got me ugly face crying by the end of the last episode. Incredibly well done episodic adventure by Telltale Games, well deserved of GOTY 2012 award.

"Hello, world!"

Supergiant did it again. Transistor is even more polished than Bastion, the other famous action RPG from Supergiant Games. The plot and Cloudbank's universe are incredibly rich and detailed, such as the whole art of the game. However, stunning visuals would be nothing without the top-notch soundtrack and voice acting present in Transistor. Everything is blooming with creativity. It's an open-minded game filled with complex and diverse characters, including the fierce and strong female lead. Gameplay is easy to learn and hard to master and the game provides all kinds of challenge so we can get there. The Turn() system adds strategy to the table and makes you really put your brain to work during battles. Transistor is a really unique game that everyone should check out as soon as possible. I already miss Red.

This is my gaming choice when I want instantaneous happiness.

Yes, it can be annoyingly challenging sometimes, but even then I can't help but smile and feel good while playing Runner 2, from intro to victory screen. Even when I'm frustrated for hitting a floating mob, getting hit by a meteor or missing a gold pile, I know it will feel rewarding when I overcome them. It's definitely a must-have game on Steam. Get it as soon as you can.

Such a well done point-and-click adventure for so little money. I just feel it should be more popular. It's a nice start to a series I'm eager to know more about.

So challenging that will make you curse at the screen eventually, but so awesome you'll just keep trying to overcome your difficulties. Pure arcade fun.
