It's like witcher 3. Very good story/lore but gameplay is kinda lackluster. That being said, it's still very satisfying to play. Thumbs up.

There are A L O T of bugs with pathing and clipping but its a pretty decent game. The devs took inspiration from successful games like BOTW, Pokemon, Elden Ring, Ark, Fortnite and Valheim.


tldr it's an open world adult pokemon game with crafting that's better and way cheaper than the ♥♥♥♥ Nintendo is churning out.

A simple game made up of multiple mini games that's satisfying and addicting to play. Lots of easter eggs and cross referencing to other games and pop culture. The music is super chill and feel good. The cut-scenes are hilarious. You can feel the effort and passion that went into this project. Would love to see improvements to the inventory management when it comes to farming/fishing. Looking forward to any expansion!

Elden Ring or Suffer Ring?

If you played Sekiro you will know that I am Malenia, Blade of Miquella = Hestitation is Defeat. Two phrases that will haunt you for the rest of your life.

This open world allows for a variety of builds : melee two handed head boinker, dex two sword/claw swinging, sword + wand hybrid caster, full spellcaster, archer, spearman, whips etc. You can even use a shield as your main weapon. Combat isn't as satisfying as Sekiro but there's more longevity and replayability in Elden Ring because the world is bigger and you have a huge diversity of builds to complete it with. There's also multiple endings so you need to replay it several times.

This is one of the best and worst game ever made lol. Best as in every different area/zone are immersive, brilliantly designed and well thought out. I played Dark Souls and I really didn't like it because everything was so dark and gloomy. It's also way harder lol, you can't run elsewhere to level up before returning to bully the boss like Elden Ring. Some of the OST and cutscenes of the boss fights just gives me the chills. Bosses are uniquely designed with interesting, albeit messy lore.

The repeating mini bosses(Variations of Tree Spirit and Erdtree Avatar) was annoying, especially the 3 in the city for the final legendary talisman achievement.

Now for the bad part : UI needs a bit of rework, inventory management is a mess and rebalancing needed on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ creatures like big bear, lobster with 10000 range watergun. Doesn't make sense when a weak ass monster that dies to 2 hit gives u the same exp as a Crucible Knight. Jumping puzzles are awkward. Some bosses/creatures are just way too strong/fast that the camera movement cant keep up, they fly across the screen and 1-2 shot you even with high vigor and resistances + buff.

A game made by masochist for masochists. Gonna get all endings and looking forward to the DLC!

Definitely GOTY worthy, FromSoftware gave you everything for retail price and there's no pay 2 win battlepass or cosmetics. You can do fashion souls with or without mods, you get what you paid for. BIG BIG difference if you compare it to Diablo 4 that I gave up on playing at the moment, made by ♥♥♥♥♥♥ company Blizzard Entertainment.

This is my first FromSoftware game and it was BRUTAL at the start. I died SOOOOOOO many times you could call it Shadows Die at least Twice to every miniboss and boss. However, with each defeat you start to level up your own gameplay. Once you start learning how to deflect/parry and mikiri counter, this game becomes a whole different beast, with each fight being a dance between you and the boss.

Beautiful animations, immersive voice actors, sound effects and unique OST every boss. Truly deserving of GOTY. Gonna try out Elden Ring soon.

Lastly, hesitation is defeat.

Other devs hyped up their game, cost more and delivered lesser: Cyberpunk 2077, Forza Horizon 5, Battlefield 2042, Back 4 Blood.

This game cost 1/4 of normal triple AAA games, was released as a early access game with less problems than those. Brought me more joy and fun than those.
