It's with a heavy heart that I announce that I am officially leaving Team Fortress 2 after many years of playing and loving the game. I'm sure many of you can relate to the feeling of disappointment and betrayal that I have experienced as a long-time fan of the game.

Valve has all but abandoned Team Fortress 2 and the #SaveTF2 campaign failed horribly. Despite their promises of continued support and updates, Valve failed to deliver and never did anything other than tweet how they care. As a result, the game has been left to die a slow and painful death.

I cannot, in good conscience, continue to support a game that is no longer supported by its developer. I urge all other players of Team Fortress 2 to take a stand and boycott Steam in protest. We must make it clear to Valve that we will no longer tolerate their neglect of one of the most beloved games in history.

It's been a wild ride, but all good things must come to an end. Goodbye Team Fortress 2, I will miss you.
