I HATE THIS GAME WITH EVERY INCH OF MY BODY.

DO NOT BUY the game if you have just discovered it.

I have more than 10 years of experience in this game. I have gray hair because of this game. Do I enjoy the game when I can play it without any problems, yes. Do I have a problem-free day in the game, no.

The idiots who made the game turned the world's best bus simulation into ♥♥♥♥ by refusing to open source the game. The game was last updated in the early 2010s, so no matter how good your PC is, you will never get good performance because the game runs in 32-bit.

The game survives on DLCs and mods. There is no content without DLC and mods. So if you don't want to pay extra money and you don't want to have a modding experience more difficult than researching nuclear fusion, you just drive the beige bus the game gives you on a 2-kilometer map.

The interface of the game is ♥♥♥♥, the graphics of the game are ♥♥♥♥, so people install the SweetFX mod so that they can satisfy themselves a little bit. Even in the settings tab the game freezes.

Even the game's paid DLCs don't have optimization, as you'll see for yourself if you do some research and look at the reviews. Yes, in order to play this game at 30fps, you need to dig deep into the internet and search for the optimal settings. But even though I've been playing this game for 10 years, I still haven't had a perfect gaming experience.

Why do I still say it's the best bus sim even though it's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥? Physics. I've never seen a game in the history of gaming have better physics than this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Either it's too hard to make a really good physics engine, or they don't give a ♥♥♥♥.

The game itself can only use a maximum of 2GB of ram, so for a slightly smoother experience you'll need to download the “4GB Patch” from the internet. There is a mod to run the game in Vulkan, but I didn't find it useful and it bugged my interface.

Even if you set up a modded map flawlessly, if you're unlucky, you'll be driving your bus and suddenly realize that there's a void in front of you. This is another problem.

80% of the audience playing the game is German, so if you need support, you will need to get it in German.

Believe it or not, the guys who made this game released something called “LOTUS Simulator” called OMSI 3. They abandoned that game too.

My only wish is that one day this game will be open-sourced in some way. If that happens, no one will dare to make a bus game ever again.
