[Solution] How to make the game look like fullscreen ? ( Without black parts on right and left side )
Hello There
Just after you get inside the game click the Options ( The Vase near Quit )
Then De-Select ( Disable) 3D Acceleration. Thats all ! :)

PS: This WONT change the resolution , on the other hand it will fix the black parts of screen.
PS2: If you still see those annoying parts and Just Leave the game and
1- Right Click on your desktop
2- Graphics Properities ( or if you didn't disable intel shortcuts Just press CTRL ALT F12 )
3- Change resolution to 800x600 ( Click yes i want this resolution )
4- In same screen select Scaling as Scale Full Screen , Save it
5- Close it
6- From Window's resolution dialog change the resolution back to your real
resolution.
7-Thats all :) ( Don't forget to close 3d Acceleration inside game (in option vase ) )

Solution for flickering in Windows 7 ( Also resolution fix ) (And also Multiplayer fix )

Hello
1- Open your Game Library
2- Right click on Dungeon Siege game and select Property and in following
screen click Define launch option button.
3- Add this to that textbox :
bltonly=true
4- Thats all Have a nice game :)

PS: If you need highter resolutions you can also add this line
width=1920 height=1080 bpp=32 nointro=true bltonly=true
Of course you can change those 1920 and 1080 values :D

PS2: If you want to use multiplayer option you also need to add
zonematch=true

As a summery you need to make Launch Option as
width=1920 height=1080 bpp=32 nointro=true bltonly=true zonematch=true

Also AFTER You done all steps please also do this :
1- Right Click on your desktop

After you buy/download this game you need to make some configs in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout\ddraw.ini
You have to change in [Graphics] section change mode to Mode=5
( Mode 4 is not recomended because it makes mouse flickr )
and also change GraphicsWidth=1600
GraphicsHeight=900
as like your resolution.
and the last one is change texturefilter to TextureFilter=1
save and play and have a fun :D
