Our most common example for this noun-stringing-rule is by the way "Donaudampfschifffahrtskapitän"* ("Danube-steam-shipping-captain" ~ captain of a steamship that cruises on the Danube). Dont aks me why exactly this word, no idea, but if we think about long german noun-creations we associate this word.

Haha... yes, thats a perfect example for this rule in german grammar that you can create new nouns by stringing together other nouns.

By the way, the english translation for "Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz" would literally be "beef-labeling-monitoring-task-transfer-law", meaning something like "the law about how tasks refering to the monitoring of the labeling of beef can be transfered" or the like... Im not quite sure cause even as a native speaker Im not sure about what this word is supposed to mean but something like that.

But dont be afraid of learning german now... Though it is theoretically possible to build those words, this never happens practically. We dont really use such noun-creations.
