I have been very intrigued by this game's premise since I first heard about it years ago. While the dub is very well done and the puzzles are interesting, I did not quite like the dialogues themselves, and the ending feels like it goes for shock value without being interested in making much sense at all.

Quite disappointed overall, unfortunately.

While the gameplay is fine (even if puzzles do get a bit repetitive, and are not many) the story lacks coherence and terminates on a cliffhanger. The sequel is even worse, with puzzles that are always the same, a rushed final and a plot that makes no sense. If you're used to Professor Layton, this game won't live up to your expectations...
