when you're able to play the game, it becomes the best saint row. I've always said that saints row the third is my favorite and to be honnest, I think the remake is really good but after playing the second game, it's a shame they remastered the third instead of sr2. but let's be honest, even if saints row 2 is the probably the best saints row, the pc version is kinda trash. if you're not willing to search for solution to make the game works, don't buy the game or play it at 25-30 fps max on a good rig but in either ways, expect the game to crash a lot so save your game

just for info, I have DXVK, Gentlemen of the saints row, Powertools_rev5 and I limit the game at 60 fps and I can play at constant 60 fps. If you have frame drops, just hit ESC to go to the pause menu and let the game got back to 60 fps and you should be good to go.
