From what I played from early access the game was enjoyable, stealth feels good, gun-play feels great, but there is no reason that I should have to queue for a matchmaking game when I'm just trying to solo stealth a mission. Once the game fully came out servers have been down. This game does not need to be online only, its payday, it's amazing that the second installment is leagues above the third. So currently the game is actually unplayable, you can launch it and then do nothing.

Don't do it, it just isn't worth it
