If you're a fan of the TXR series, or a new comer, I think you will very much enjoy this game. Seeing past racing teams, and even hearing the original but updated music was a really nice feature, Im excited to see what else Genki has in store for future updates on this game. (please give me back Engine temp for added difficulty)

The game hits different than Heat does, the story seems more like a story at least.

My first death was getting lost and overdosing codeine. 10/10 survival experience.

Bought this 1 day before the FH5 announcement, 10/10 other than it being in Britain. (no offence, I just don't vibe with it)

This is a proper game, Its challenging enough, but easy enough to beat if you play carefully. You WILL die, a lot, almost so much that you may break your controller, or keyboard, or mouse, but you must fight on, resist your impulses of anger or even sorrow, look up a guide if you must, I will not shame you, but please enjoy the game, its well worth the time spent.

I enjoy the robot, plus everything online can be solo'd, so theres no need to wait around for other players

Ultimately, Microsoft killed this game, not 343, just remember that.
Game had potential, but Microsoft got too greedy and ruined it for everyone.

Honestly, the game is pretty boring now, there too much to grind for, and too little to kick back and enjoy. The story is uhhh..... and the gameplay is actually very fun, but i really cannot recommend this game to anyone due to how much of it just comes down to dressing up your character, with really bad looking, and mostly gooner bait outfits that you either have to grind the game for 10 hours to afford one piece of, or spend $200 of irl cash to get. Maybe im just salty because they havent given any of the CASTs a good parts set since the base 3 outfits. Either way, Sega killed my comfort game by making it a gooner haven.

TLDR; Game is fun, past Gundam Breaker fans keep getting angry at a game thats supposed to make sense for newcomers to the series since its the first NA Released PC game in a while.


Edit: After the PC release received the DLC's (a little late IMO) The game has gotten much better for customization, and the game seems to be more enjoyable with said customization, I wont say the game is perfect, as it seems the online servers are still kinda terrible and it ruins the online fun fest that the game could be, but im gonna blame that on lack of people supporting the game.
Overall I give the game a 9.7/10 now.

Although the game lacks a few features, like more online options, and upgrading parts to have better performance, the game is really solid, its fun to play by yourself, the customization options are fairly good, and its pretty well optimized for a port.
Most people who dislike this game were all expecting Gundam Breaker 4, but this is by a different studio, so you cant expect it to be exactly the same as the past games. Plus, it isnt as grindy as the past games seem to be, so its really easy for newcomers to the franchise to get into Gundam.
To be fair, the storyline is really cheesy, like really goofy, but its a nice change of pace from most mech games that get released.
Overall I give this game a 9/10

Its a fun game, but most of the time when I update my game it refuses to run, so Im not sure what to think about it.
