Some of the best movement and gunplay in any shooter, but the game is going downhill fast and the sweat level required will only go up. RIP Apex.

I'm honestly waiting for full release to deep dive in, but Hades is probably my favorite game this generation so I had to support the devs and get a sneak peak. Totally worth waiting to buy at full release if you want to experience it in it's entirety, but I've enjoyed my little time with it so far.

Honestly prefer Brotato over Vampire Survivors and any other auto roguelite I've tried. 10/10 on Steam Deck.

I'm not a huge Forza player (only played 4), but with 5 releasing on Steam I decided to give this one a shot with the full premium package. So far, I've had an awesome time with the game. There's little "progression" and the story is laughably bad, but thankfully that's not the point. It's all about taking whatever car you want and letting loose in Forza's open world. The best part is, you get to play however you'd like. Personally, I did all the cross-country and dirt events first and still, at 80+ hours in, haven't even touched the street racing. The soundtrack is pretty good, personally Hospital, Pulse and Bass Arena are what I cycle through. The only real complaint so far is the net-code and online issues. Still haven't made it past round 2 of a Horizon Arcade, so here's hoping that gets smoothed out soon. If you're a filthy-casual like me, or a hardcore sim engine-tuner, you can enjoy the game at your own leisure.

edit: 12/7 Horizon Arcade has been adjusted to amount of players which is great, but still online issues have not been fixed.

Kept hearing so much about this game I ended up picking it up over winter sale. I'm not a particularly huge rogue-like fan, but it seemed interesting enough. But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the story, the characters, the writing, all blew me away. Takes a few hours to start unlocking mirror powers and all the weapons, but there's enough progression over runs to make it interesting and keep coming back. Once you learn more of the boon effects, and learn enemy rooms and timings, the gameplay improves tenfold as you learn to melt rooms and become extremely powerful. At first I didn't think I'd beat Hades, here I am 100+ hours later with all the achievements unlocked and everything completed in my compendium. Can't brag enough about the writing and themes, this game is worth more than almost any AAA.
