This game has the highest replay ability ever, seriously every playthrough will be different and exciting in its own way.
Here is a quick runthrough of the game :
It is divided into 2 large sections, the pre-hardmode and hardmode, hardmode being (surprisingly I know) a bit more difficult than pre-hardmode.
You start of pre-hardmode killing enemies, killing yourself with lots of oopsies until you figure things out slowly while having the wiki open in the backround at all times. once you mined enough and got decent equipment you prepare for your first boss fight.
There are plenty of bosses to mess with your head, they all require a bit of getting used to fortunately though
Your character becomes stronger and more mobile as time goes on and ''preparing for next boss fight'' becomes easier and quicker.
Even after your first playthrough you still probably have plenty of achievements to complete, not to mention the modding community constantly bringing out new content for you to explore and learn.
To me it always feels like there is something to do in Terraria, if you haven't even tried playing yet, atleast give it a try, I strongly recommend Terraria to anybody.
