It's fun

The game has a dynamic difficulty system, which will absolutely destroy you if you are good. If you dare to do well on a mission, the next one is guaranteed to be insanely difficult.

If you decide to play this game, download a mod that allows you to set the game's difficulty. Or play something else, there are countless alternatives that don't punish you for being a good player.

Fun puzzle game.

Unnecessarily complicated and extremely hostile to new players.

Unbelievable how a modern game this popular doesn't have enemies that stand out from the environment.

Generic hack and slash game with much of its content locked behind paywalls.

Imagine spending 100+ hours getting into a game's worldbuilding, lore and mechanics only to be stuck in an unbalanced mess of an endgame area, which is designed to be unbeatable.

What makes it worse is that the devs didn't rebalance that part of the game after the expansion release, meaning they are fine with it.

Aside from the endless backtracking and grinding the final area has, the game as a whole has serious problems with it's travelling methods (lots of backtracking). Personally I could stomach it but it's objectively horrible.

If you are here because of the recent DLC release, please don't make the same mistake I did. Go play Fallout 1&2 or something similar.

The most boring, soulless, uninspired online game I've ever played.

Feels like playing against Ai.I bots inside Dota-themed slot machine.

One of the most innovative shooters I have ever played. This is "Portal 1" of time-stoppers. I'm basically waiting for the hugely improved 10/10 "Portal 2" time-stopper to come out. I believe in SUPERHOT team, they will deliver.

Pros:

* Fun
* High replayability
* Many secrets, extras challenges and game modes
* Unique and to the point graphics
* Balanced difficulty.

Cons:

* Main story is tiny, took me ~2 hours to finish
* Objectively little content, makes you feel it could have more weapons, enemies, locations etc.
* Repeats itself a little too much but most levels are fun.
