I can't even move against other players online, might as well have my controller unplugged, yet I can't stop coming back for more. 11/10 get it without thinking twice this game will never be topped

Complete and engaging singleplayer campagins with lots of content, but the best part is competing for the leaderboards online on each track.
Amazing graphics

Don't expect an actual simulator here. Instead, it's a controller-friendly, a bliss to navigate and simple to play videogame with great graphics that still hold up.
The series is on sale often.

Great driving experience, excellent sound. If your thing is to run hotlaps for the rest of your life, by all means, get it, there's lots of content.
If you like to race, though, forget about it. AI rams you on the straights and there's no tweaking difficulty or aggressiveness that solves the issue. That renders the well thought singleplayer challenges useless.
Online is a joke, 80% of the players will just troll around and ram other cars for fun, so it's absolutely impossible to have a clean race.
I'm sticking to Rfactor 2 where unsafe drivers can be vote kicked off the servers and the AI has some notion of racing ethics.

The game aged very well. If this is on sale then get it, it has a great campaign and people still play online.
