I had good times playing Kingdom Eighties, however it seemed shorter than the other Kingdom games. Even on Hard and Cursed modes, it’s easier than what I’m used to, don’t expect a big challenge if you’ve played the other games.

I like the new vehicles and mechanics they added — it keeps things fresh and interesting. The pixel art is really beautiful, and the soundtrack fits perfectly. The art style of the cutscenes isn’t really my thing, but I understand what it's meant to evoke.

The story is a bit cheesy, but with the whole ‘80s theme, it kinda works. I get that this game is probably meant to bring new players into the Kingdom series, and I’m not exactly the target audience. Still, it was a nice change of pace.

If you’re a fan of the Kingdom games, it's a fun new twist on the gameplay. For newcomers, it’s a great introduction with cool visuals and music.

Difficult to get into, but once you do it's quite intense & addictive game.

Great tactical gameplay, in PvE as well as in PvP.

Much inspired by AD&D, it's a nostalgia trip with fun comedic events.

Similar to: X-Com series, Jagged Alliance series, Door Kickers, Fallout Tactics, UFO series, Deadline, Breach & Clear, Arma Tactics, and more.
Xenonauts is a spiritual successor to the classic X-Com series and it does that very well. Very challenging game where you often need to truly be tactical in order to succeed.

What's the game about?
Aliens are invading and only You can defend us!
.. well, something like that.

What makes it a challenging game?
It's incredibly easy to die, especially in the early game and you have to be careful, tactical, in order for your soldiers to survive. Don't let anyone go alone, don't rush in without cover, don't be stupid.

Decent match-3 RPG, but it's a mobile port of a freemium game, which they have not managed to balance out properly when porting it to a b2p desktop game.
There are clear paywalls they haven't balanced out, the premium currency should probably have been removed completely..

The core game is not bad at all, but I cannot recommend a game that is clearly suffering from being a freemium-port.
