Bruh, your rated Lossless Scaling down while it works as intended. Firstly, no matter what your base FPS are, this program needs some resources from your GPU to work. So it is completely normal that the default FPS-Rate drops but a single digit amount, but that FPS-Rate then gets multiplied depending on which Framgen-Mode you have selected. PS: Also, the frames gained from frame generation will not show in most FPS-Counter-Overlays.
