7 Days to Die is definitely one of the better zombie survival games out there, the graphics are pretty decent, the audio and soundtrack is pretty good, and the aspects like looting, the zombies, the weapons, the crafting, and etc, are pretty good too.

And while the game is pretty good, there are 2 major drawbacks.
- The game is poorly unoptimized, if you wanna play Ultra at a consistent 60FPS, you're gonna need an RTX GPU, yup.
Due to this, it's kind of annoying to play this game with at least decent visuals and a good consistent FPS. Many other major zombie survival games (preferably Project Zomboid) is quite optimized, while 7 Days to Die is not even close to be called "optimized" or "stable."

- The game has been in the Alpha stage since the day it was released, 2013.
While this isn't really a major drawback, it's still a little bit dissapointing to see a game as good as this still be in the alpha stage about 9 years later. I know the same can be said to games like Project Zomboid, but still, it's been 9 years since it's entered Alpha, and it still is today.

Anyways, this game is a pretty good game, the visuals, the sound effects, the core mechanics, the zombies, the weapons, the items, the crafting, the resources, the looting, everything about it is pretty good. The only two things that sort of are like a drawback to me is how it's still very unoptimized 9 years later, and the game has been in Alpha since 9 years ago, or when it released.

Dying Light is BY FAR one of my favorite zombie games of all time.
The story was absolutely amazing and the main DLC (The Following) was just as good as well!

The character development, the characters in general, the story, the zombies, the weapons, everything special about this game was amazing. I enjoyed every single moment I was playing this game and I'm pretty sure everyone else that has this game enjoyed it as well. While there are bugs here and there that can be noticed, you can simply just ignore it and continue playing without any issues.

Anyways, I'd recommend this game to anyone who has the money and is willing to buy the game. When it goes on sale, the game can be (at lowest), $10 for the Enhanced Edition, and $14 for the Definitive Edition. The price is absolutely worth it since the game in total can be 24+ hours if you play both the main campaign and The Following DLC. And if you go for 100% completion, that can possibly go into the 3 digits, so this game is absolutely worth the price. Anyways, this game is amazing, and I'd recommend anyone to buy this game.

if you are running a very low end computer, like i mean very low end, DO NOT buy and play this game. this game is unoptimized and laggy as hell. playing on the lowest graphics with the lowest resolutions still causes studdering, lag spikes, and more. not only that, but the game can also occasionally freeze AND stay like that until you alt f4 or somehow close the game.

basically what i'm saying is: i'll still recommend this game to people, since it's $5 and a very fun game with friends. but literally it becomes unplayable for people with low-end/very low-end computers, because of the occasional crashes, lag spikes, studdering, and more.

I'm only recommending this because Half Life: Source can actually be really good if you install the following mods:

- Half Life: Source: Fixed (ModDB)
- AI Upscaled Textures (ModDB)

Once you have successfully installed both of these mods, you can play Half Life: Source with fixed gameplay and you won't vomit at the 1998 graphics!
