I love proximity chat so much. The game's voice effects also enhance the immersion and comedy. Nothing like hearing your bud panic in the distance while you're perfectly safe.

The game has too much combat for it to be this menial. Once you get your farm to level 3 there's really no issue. The mine and crystal heart serve no purpose story-wise. I beat the final boss and was confused during the credits because it felt like it ended in the middle of the story (I thought the credits rolling were a bug).

The game is cute but very shallow and if farming games interest you, look elsewhere.

This game is what it looks like on the trailer; Fast, Furious, and beautiful. The general tone of most levels fits the absurdity of a car that can jump, wallride, and drive after being cut in half. It's very easy to find a level that feels like a true thrill ride, mostly in part to the vibrant community of level designers and the developers enjoying and responding to the feedback.

They have an official Discord server where community events and challenges are posted. If you decide to take a crack at level design, there are a lot of veterans willing to answer questions, give advice, and sometimes even actually help you build the track you want.

I enjoy this game very much, it reminds me of a more intense version of the feeling I got from playing with Hotwheels as a kid.

I only wrote this review because the rating of this game is not "overwhelmingly positive". This game is amazing! At sometimes, in your dark bedroom, it doesn't even feel like a game. It feels like for a brief moment you are a spaceman, living life in the outer reaches of the milky way galaxy. The only laws to guide you are your own, this is truly the final frontier.

When you were little you used to wonder what it'd be like to wander the wild west as a cowboy. Unfortunately, America is discovered and colonized but SPACE ISN'T! You can uphold the laws of a faction of your choosing and bounty hunt. Or you can be on the other side of the law and pirate other ships. There are thousands if not millions of outposts in the game that allow you to try your hand as a trader. Feel to big for one area? You can explore, selling maps of distant and empty start systems that you've spent hours tirelessly charting. I have yet to try the Horizons content, which adds planetary landings, but, I love the base game already.

The game also has a great flight system, you start with flight assist on which makes it much easier to navigate in space. If you feel like that's too easy and you want to show off your piloting skills, turn off flight assist and experience all the challenges of flying in zero gravity. Unassisted flying is for the truly skilled but, allows you to pull of a dazzling ballet of combat moves.

Although I have only 48 hours put in, I did that in the span of like 4 days, and plan on putting in way more when I am once again able to. This game does feel empty but, as more and more content is added, and more players strive to carve out their name in this galaxy, it may truly be the closest most of us get to living among the stars.

....unless star citizen delivers.

This game hurts. It has that uncomfortable feeling like when you drink orange juice after brushing. You just kinda progress, the physics are weird, and it's not pretty to look at. This game is legendarily bad but, it's become part of steam culture and no account should be without it wait till the summer sale and get it for a dime.

A much awaited sonic game, no silly gimics, polished levels, and it's fun to beat your time. IT'S FUN!

I nominated this for the "Game within a game" award because you can play sonic pinball in it.
