If you open the in-game Steam panel (Default: Shift + Tab), it'll say on the right hand side.

In the Library, select a game and scroll down until you find your screenshots for that game. There'll be a button with something along the lines of 'Screenshot Manager' on it. Click that, select a screenshot, name it and upload it to the Steam Cloud. You can leave it un-named, but that's boring. If you take a screenshot in a game, when you quit, the Screenshot Manager will open automatically, showing the screenshots taken that session. Hope this was helpful...
