One of the best interactive movies
This game is one of my best investments of 2019. First two episodes were kinda dull, but at the beginning of third episode I was hooked on the story. Gameplay is amazing.

Graphics
Only thing that concerned me whole game were graphics. They are original, but I couldn't get used to them.

Conclusion
For the money publisher asks it's just a steal.

Early Access Review
Never played Half-life series.

GAMEPLAY
This isn't Portal, but I liked puzzles in this game way more than FPS part. There are loads of things to explore in this game and it has some really alluring achievements. Finished game with nearly 18 hours and I feel like XEN was unreasonably protracted, but still storyline is captivating and I plan to soon start playing Half-life 2.

REMAKE
There is a huge disadvantage in this remake - TONS of crashes. If this wasn't Early Access Game I would certainly put negative, because I constantly kept crashing and I guess majority of those crashes come from Source Engine. On the other hand no freezes were noticed and graphics are just okay for 2020.

CONCLUSION
If you have never played half-life series and original game looks old-school for you then this remake is a must-have. Price is absolutely reasonable and I fully agree paying full price.

Only played campaign.

Game itself is really entertaining and intuitive. Minimalist style looks very cool. I highly recommend using gamepad in this particular game as it will positively affect sense of control.

To be honest, I don't think that Flat Heroes is worth the price publisher asks. For 2.5-5$ it would be must have, but not for 10$.

With a sequel announced, here comes my review.

Game puts player in a dreadful atmosphere in the best way possible. Especially if you are using the headset, it feels like you are actually main characters shadow. Combat system on a gamepad was okay, graphics were gorgeous and story could be longer.

For the price it is at the moment, it not only gives you main game, but also VR Edition and it is assuredly worth it.

Having finished this game for the third time already, I must say that it is an absolute gem among modern open-world games.

Parkour isn't on the same level as mirror's edge is, but it is still on a decent level. Used coop only for "The Following" DLC and it was riveting. Not only it gave some sense that developers really wanted to somehow entertain players, but it was actually funny to crash dead-walkers for the points to win a challenge. Moreover, skill system in this game works like a charm, as it rewards you with necessary skills exactly at the moment you need them.

Story itself is divided into 2 parts if you buy enhanced edition. In this game storyline won't appeal to everyone, but I fell in love with it as soon as I launched game. There are two endings in this game, one in the main game and one in the DLC. And I really regret seeing the one in the DLC. It completely ruined the whole view of the story and everything that I went through in game before and therefore please be aware that there are some mismatches in the "The Following" DLC.

All in all, this game unquestionably was made with some love and thus everyone should at least once try it out.
